Work with Us
Here at Mainstay Trust we pride ourselves in how we look after and develop our staff. Prior to any shifts our workers will be given a full two weeks induction in a face-to-face environment. Our Training, Learning, and Development is headed up by our Service Development Manager, with other members of Management and Senior Management Team also delivering some courses. This will then be followed by shadow shifts from an experienced staff member, Senior Support Worker, or Manager.
